"He has a reputation for being difficult in negotiations"

👉 If you wouldn't say it in a room of peers, rethink how you've phrased it.
No Confidential Material
Do not post material that clearly comes from protected sources.
This includes:
- ▸ Legal advice or privileged communications
- ▸ Internal documents, emails, or drafts
- ▸ Live negotiation details (including those under the Native Title Act 1993 framework)
You can discuss experiences and outcomes, but not leak the underlying material.
Cultural Respect
This forum includes discussion involving Traditional Owners and Aboriginal corporations.
- ▸ No racism, sexism, or discriminatory content
- ▸ No disrespect toward culture, heritage, or community governance
- ▸ Avoid uninformed speculation about internal community matters
Stay Within the Industry
Content should relate to:
Mining and resources
Native title and land access
Heritage and environmental processes
Legal and commercial practice
If it doesn't connect to the industry, it doesn't belong here.
No Promotion or Agenda Posting
